- Skip-trace the property owner to obtain their email.
- Click Send email on the property detail page.
- Choose a template or write a custom message.
- The email is sent via the platform with your configured reply-to address.

Pre-built templates mirror the letter templates but are adapted for email format — shorter, with a clear call-to-action and your contact details.
Tracking
The platform logs every email sent, so you can see your outreach history per property and avoid duplicate contact.
Limits
- Free: No emails.
- Starter: 50 per month.
- Pro: 200 per month.
- Power: 1,000 per month.
Best practices
- Keep emails short — under 150 words.
- Lead with value: what you can do for the owner, not what you want.
- Include a phone number as an alternative contact method.
- Respect opt-outs immediately — it's both good practice and a legal requirement.
