Quick start

Get from signup to your first lead in under 5 minutes.

1. Create your account

Head to Sign up and register with your email. No credit card required — the Free tier gives you 10 property views per month and full calculator access.

2. Go to Leads

Click Leads in the sidebar. You'll see the full UK property database. By default it shows all properties, sorted by deal score.

3. Set your filters

Pick a strategy chip at the top — for example, BTL (Buy-to-Let). Then type a postcode area like "BS" for Bristol or "M" for Manchester. The results update instantly.

4. Open a property

Click any property card to see its full detail page: deal score breakdown, strategy viability, sale history, EPC data, comparable sales, and ownership information.

5. Save a search

Found a combination you like? Click Save search to create a saved search. You'll receive email digests when new matching properties appear.
