Ad targeting

Target specific landlords with Facebook and Google ads using property and portfolio data. This is a Pro-tier feature.

How it works

On any property detail page, the Ad targeting card generates targeting parameters based on the property owner's portfolio:

  • Geographic targeting — The postcodes where the landlord owns property.
  • Demographic targeting — Age range, interests (property investment, landlord forums).
  • Audience size estimate — Approximate reach for the targeting parameters.

Ad copy templates

Three ad copy variants are generated automatically:

  1. Urgency — "Are you a landlord with property in BS5? Sell in 14 days."
  2. Problem-solving — "Tired of tenants and repairs? We buy portfolios."
  3. Educational — "Property prices up 4% — thinking of exiting?"

  • Download CSV for Meta Ads Manager bulk upload
  • Generate Google Ads keyword list

When to use ad targeting

Ad targeting works best for corporate landlords with large portfolios — the geographic concentration makes ad targeting cost-effective. For private owners with a single property, direct letters typically offer better ROI.
