Ad targeting
Target specific landlords with Facebook and Google ads using property and portfolio data. This is a Pro-tier feature.
How it works
On any property detail page, the Ad targeting card generates targeting parameters based on the property owner's portfolio:
- Geographic targeting — The postcodes where the landlord owns property.
- Demographic targeting — Age range, interests (property investment, landlord forums).
- Audience size estimate — Approximate reach for the targeting parameters.
Ad copy templates
Three ad copy variants are generated automatically:
- Urgency — "Are you a landlord with property in BS5? Sell in 14 days."
- Problem-solving — "Tired of tenants and repairs? We buy portfolios."
- Educational — "Property prices up 4% — thinking of exiting?"

When to use ad targeting
Ad targeting works best for corporate landlords with large portfolios — the geographic concentration makes ad targeting cost-effective. For private owners with a single property, direct letters typically offer better ROI.
