Describe what you're looking for in plain English and let the AI find matching properties.

How it works

Type a natural language query into the AI search bar — for example, "3-bed terraced houses in Sheffield under £150k suitable for BRRR". The AI interprets your intent and translates it into the appropriate filter combination.

Tips for better results

  • Be specific about location (postcode, city, or region).
  • Mention a strategy if you have one in mind.
  • Include price range and property type where relevant.
  • You can reference signals: "properties with long void periods" or "landlords with large portfolios".

Limitations

AI search is an assistant, not a replacement for manual filters. It works best for straightforward queries. For complex multi-condition searches, setting filters directly gives you more control.
